Shipping Policy:
Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Buyer pays shipping and can select method or let us determine the best way.
Return Policy:
If property purchased is materially different than as represented on my site, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying us and by returning the property to us, in the absolute same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve the matter. We will work directly with all shippers and insurers involved in this transaction.
